Youlanda is a wife, mother to three adult sons, and grandmother. Youlanda loves sunrises and sunsets, as well as quiet moments for reflection and spiritual growth. She enjoys long walks, music, dancing, and hanging out with family and friends.
Youlanda is an early childhood educator, consultant, trainer, and coach with over 30 years of hands-on experience supporting infants, toddlers, preschoolers, teachers, and directors. Youlanda's educational training and dual experience as both a classroom practitioner and administrator ensure training is deeply empathetic, operationally realistic, and aligned with the realities directors and teachers face daily.

Youlanda's teaching style is warm, relational, grounded in lived experience, and infused with accessible neuroscience. She has a rare ability to help adults feel supported, not judged-and to help programs find clarity and compassion even in complex situations. She understands the daily realities directors face- staff stress, challenging behaviors, compliance demands, family concerns, and the pressures to maintain high-quality care with limited time and resources.
Her work is rooted in her personal story as a trauma survivor who found healing through early childhood practices and a relentless faith in God. That lived experienced gives her an extraordinary level of insight, empathy, and credibility. Her faith helped fashioned the gentle care she gave to children and share with others.
CreatedCARE Solutions was birth out of those lived experiences, combined with evidence based knowledge in child development, organizational development, and business administration. Youlanda believes that when staff feel supported, regulated, and confident --children thrive and programs stabilize.
