Youlanda Hunter is an Early Childhood Specialist, consultant, trainer, coach, and Professional Development Specialist (PDS) with over 30 years of experience supporting infant, toddler, school-age, and adolescent programs.  Youlanda's experiences as a practitioner and early childhood administrator are enhanced by quality education and professional relationships. She is a member of the Texas Trainer Registry,  TECECN , and  ITSN.

 

She is the developer of the CARE FrameworkTM  , which grew out of years of hands-on practice, leadership experience, and deep reflection on what truly supports emotional safety and sustainable care in early childhood settings.
