I am an Education Specialist with 28 years of experience in early childhood education, serving in both practitioner and administrative roles.  With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Organizational Development, and an advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, I help directors and practitioners feel confident, supported, and equipped to provide the highest quality care for young children.

My expertise lies in unraveling conflict and applying developmentally appropriate practices to find solutions to childcare issues.  Conflict does not discriminate between age, race, class, gender, or industry.  Conflict is not always negative; it’s an indicator that something is needed or something is desired.  I help adult learners acquire the skills and practical tools they need to craft superior learning environments.​
